Fieldwork produced two minor observations and no major findings. The charity’s reservation: remote delivery made whiteboarding slower than an in-room day would have. They still recommend the programme for teams that already keep decent document stores.

Partners used Interview Walkthrough Studio after a previous audit where answers wandered. Six managers completed three recorded drills. Post-programme feedback from their external reviewer noted “noticeably tighter walkthroughs” on change management.
Limitation they reported: the studio assumes participants already know where evidence lives. Without a prior mapping pass, drills exposed gaps they could not close in the moment.
