Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to programme fees paid to Insightful Metrics under a written enrolment confirmation. Informational prices on this site are not themselves invoices.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to fourteen (14) days after payment, provided the programme has not started and no assessment-app seats have been activated for your cohort.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel between fourteen days after payment and seven days before the first live session, we refund 50% of the programme fee. Cancellations inside seven days of the first live session are not eligible for a fee refund, though we may offer a transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Non-refundable items include travel we have booked at your request, third-party venue deposits already committed with your approval, and completed one-to-one Desk Brief sessions once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@insightful-metrics.digital with your enrolment reference, the programme name, and the reason for the request. We confirm eligibility in writing within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Cancellation by Insightful Metrics

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date. We are not responsible for your travel costs unless we cancelled within fourteen days of the start date and those costs were pre-approved in writing.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under United Kingdom law remain unaffected. Where a programme is sold as a consumer distance contract, mandatory cooling-off rights apply in addition to this policy where they are more favourable to you.
