Assessment

An audit readiness assessment app that prefers awkward amber to false green.

Built for United Kingdom risk and finance teams who need a shared score, not another colourful dashboard nobody trusts.

01

Control-family scoring

Rate each family against evidence completeness, ownership clarity, and test currency. Scores are visible to the whole cohort — privacy modes exist for sensitive HR families.

02

Evidence backlog export

Push open items to CSV or a simple board view your PMO already uses. The app does not replace your document store; it points at it.

03

Refresh reminders

Cadence alerts nudge owners before artefacts age out. Quiet enough to ignore once — loud enough to notice twice.

How programmes use it

The Evidence Mapping Workshop treats the app as the working surface: inventories land there on day one, scores harden on day two. Interview Studio participants pull amber families as drill prompts.

Desk Brief clients receive a guided first scoring pass and leave with a backlog they can defend in the next planning call.

We do not claim the app “guarantees” a clean audit. It surfaces gaps early enough that you can still choose what to fix.
